      • You can not make changes to wallpaper, fabric and fabric Samples as they dispatch the same day – if you need more, then you will need to make a new order.

  • Can I get samples for your products? + -

    Yes, you can order samples for all of our fabrics, curtains, blinds and wallpapers. Just head to the product you would like a sample from and add your sample to your basket.

  • How do I hang my curtains? + -

    Our products are made in the UK.

  • Can someone help me with measuring for curtains or blinds? + -

    Yes, we have measuring guides and a fabulous customer service team who can help with any queries.

  • How do you test the quality and durability of your fabric? + -

    We have rigorous testing processes in place as part of our product development. We also only work with trusted suppliers that we have a longstanding relationship with. You can also find the technical specifications on our product pages. For more information on technical specifications of our fabrics please feel free to contact customer services.

  • The product I would like to buy is out of stock, can I get a notification when its back? + -

    Yes, when products are out of stock you can sign up to get alert when it comes back in stock. Just head to the product you want to receive an alert for and leave your email.

  • What's the best way to hang your wallpaper? + -

  • What paste would you recommend to use with your wallpaper? + -

    We recommend Sanderson paste.

  • Can I return samples that I have purchased? + -

    No, we do not accept returns on samples.

  • I would like to stock your products. Can I talk to someone about a trade account? + -

  • Where do you ship to? + -

    Currently Mainland UK only.

  • I would like to place a large Trade order how do I go about this? + -

    Archive is for online retail customers so there are no trade orders.

  • I need to amend my Delivery instructions. + -

    UPS deliveries are all next day from the dispatch and you will receive information from us when dispatched and from the courier to track.  All these deliveries will need to be signed for, if you are not going to be at the delivery address you can request for this to be changed directly with UPS, however due to the next day delivery you will need to change this as soon as you received the information from them.

  • What if I miss my delivery slot? + -

    If you miss your slot – they will leave a postcard with instructions on redelivery – contact UPS and arrange this.

    If your sample delivery is via Royal Mail, we are unable to change anything once these have dispatched.
