Sip in style this Valentine’s Day with Pip Jolley

FORBIDDEN FRUIT BY PIP JOLLEY

Be still our beating hearts, Pip Jolley is back with more Archive-inspired cocktails that take on a romantic twist and strike a stylish chord all at once.

Delectable tipples for design rebels, Pip has taken inspiration from Pat Etheridge’s Forbidden Fruit print to create this lust-worthy concoction. Sweet and herbaceous with a vodka kick and blend of bubbles, Forbidden Fruit Fizz has been inspired by the colours of the print in Kingfisher and Loganberry, a heady blend of reds and pinks, with a twist of teal that calls out to be hung in a quirky cool bar corner at home.

Infused rosemary sprigs and an oh-so-drinkable visual gradient of red to blush make this cocktail a total hit.

To make Forbidden Fruit Fizz you will need:

50ml Pomegranate Juice

25ml Vodka

1 teaspoon maple syrup

Prosecco

Rosemary sprig

Pomegranate arils

A glass of choice – we suggest a short-stemmed, ribbed glass.

PREP

Fill your glass about halfway with crushed ice.

BLEND

Add your pomegranate juice, vodka, and maple syrup, and stir.

ADD

Top with prosecco for a nose tingling fizz.

EMBELLISH

To garnish, rub a sprig of rosemary around the edge of your glass before placing in your drink, and sprinkle pomegranate arils on top for a final flourish.

ENJOY

Serve in style!
